Platform Infrastructure
Platform Infrastructure & Digital Operations Agreement
1. AFS Network- Introduction
This Agreement outlines the operational terms governing access to the AFS Network ecosystem, including its digital infrastructure, execution environments, liquidity systems, and related platform services.
By accessing the platform, creating an account, or activating any operational functionality, you acknowledge and agree to the terms, disclosures, policies, and compliance procedures associated with the Anovest environment.
2. The Anovest Ecosystem
AFS Network operates through a connected financial and digital infrastructure integrating:
* brokerage-related operations;
* automated execution systems;
* liquidity and transaction-routing environments;
* blockchain-integrated infrastructure;
* AI-assisted analytics systems; and
* digital asset operational frameworks.
These environments function together as part of a coordinated operational ecosystem designed for scalable, technology-driven financial infrastructure.
3. Eligibility & Jurisdiction
Access to supported services is available only to individuals or entities legally permitted to utilize the platform within their jurisdiction.
Participants must comply with all applicable securities laws, AML/KYC regulations, sanctions requirements, and related regulatory obligations.
Certain services may be restricted depending on jurisdictional, regulatory, licensing, or operational considerations.
4. Digital Asset Infrastructure
Supported operational environments may include:
* digital asset custody functionality;
* blockchain settlement systems;
* liquidity allocation environments;
* transaction-processing infrastructure;
* stablecoin-compatible systems; and
* digital wallet administration.
Participants retain ownership of their assets at all times throughout supported operational activity.
5. Automated Execution Environment
The platform may provide access to system-based execution infrastructure, including:
* algorithmic execution frameworks;
* AMM-connected liquidity systems;
* AI-assisted execution environments;
* transaction-routing architecture; and
* quantitative market-response systems.
Execution functionality operates through predefined infrastructure logic and adaptive system parameters responding to live market conditions.
Automated functionality remains inactive unless activated through supported participant controls.
6. Operational Transfers & Liquidity Activity
Where execution or liquidity functionality is activated:
* operational balances may temporarily interact with execution environments;
* routing activity may occur for transaction efficiency and liquidity access; and
* assets remain attributable to the participant throughout operational processing.
Operational infrastructure does not represent guaranteed-return activity or protected market exposure.
7. Compliance & Security Controls
AFS Network may implement operational controls including:
* identity verification procedures;
* AML and sanctions screening;
* transaction monitoring systems;
* wallet verification protocols; and
* security and risk-based infrastructure reviews.
Operational access may be suspended, limited, or reviewed where required for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.
8. Fees & Platform Charges
Applicable operational charges may include:
* platform access fees;
* execution and routing fees;
* liquidity-related infrastructure charges; and
* performance-linked operational fees where applicable.
All fees are disclosed through supported platform interfaces or associated documentation prior to application.
9. Participant Responsibilities
Participants remain solely responsible for:
* monitoring account activity;
* assessing the suitability of platform functionality;
* securing account credentials and access devices; and
* complying with applicable laws and regulations.
No platform functionality should be interpreted as personalized investment advice.
10. Risk Notice
Digital assets, automated systems, liquidity environments, and algorithmic infrastructure involve substantial risk.
Market volatility, execution delays, smart contract vulnerabilities, infrastructure disruptions, and liquidity conditions may materially impact operational outcomes.
Past performance is not indicative of future results.
11. Operational Limitations
The AFS Network ecosystem operates as a technology-enabled infrastructure environment and does not function as:
* a discretionary investment management service; or
* a fiduciary advisor beyond expressly stated operational responsibilities.
All financial decisions remain solely the responsibility of the participant.
12. Suspension, Amendments & Termination
Operational access may be restricted, suspended, modified, or terminated:
* for violations of this Agreement, applicable law, or regulatory requirements;
• to comply with obligations involving FINRA, AML/KYC regulations, sanctions frameworks, subpoenas, court orders, or governmental authority requests; or
• for security, compliance, operational integrity, or risk-management purposes.
AFS Network may periodically update this Agreement to reflect legal, operational, or infrastructure changes.
13. Governing Framework
This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws and operational regulations of the jurisdictions supporting the relevant infrastructure and services.
14. Entire Understanding
This Agreement, together with all related disclosures, operational policies, and supporting documentation, constitutes the complete understanding governing access to the AFS Network platform and its supported operational environments.
